Calculus in summer school

Our oldest grandson is becoming somewhat of a legend in our family, since two of his cousins have never met him and 2 more have only seen him once. He is still alive and well and a junior at The University of Alabama and is taking calculus in summer school. That should really add some shock value when we talk about him.
This is the lake behind their house. It is a very relaxing, peaceful place to sit and enjoy God's creation. I think it was a big factor in their decision about buying their house." A lake is the landscape's most beautiful and expressive feature. It is earth's eye; looking into which the beholder measures the depth of his own nature." Thoreau

Our two youngest Alabama grandchildren wanted to learn how to fish, so Papa took them to Walmart for fishing license, poles and worms and spent a lovely afternoon with them.

A big brother is a very nice thing to have if you don't like taking the fish off the hook.

There are a lot of hidden parks and natural areas around Huntsville and the Colemans are having fun exploring them. This is Rainbow mountain where they took us for a little hike. It is surprising to us from West Texas to find a little mountain forest in the middle of the city.
